New York, April 4 (RHC)-- Hundreds of artists, librarians, broadcasters and museum workers gathered in New York City at City Hall Monday for a rally aimed at stopping federal cuts to the arts and humanities.

U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed budget would eliminate funding to the National Endowments for the Arts and Humanities, the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
