New Orleans, February 25 (RHC)-- In Louisiana, a barge carrying crude oil collided with another vessel in the Mississippi River, shutting down a 65-mile stretch that includes the Port of New Orleans.

An oil sheen was seen on the surface of the river, but it is unclear how much oil was spilled.
