Caracas, May 11 (RHC)-- Venezuela has announced it is reopening its borders with Brazil and Aruba. The announcement was delivered by Venezuelan Vice President of the Economy Tareck Zaidan El Aissami.  The government official said the country will begin to reestablish all daily flights and communication systems with Aruba.

The vice president said they hope Venezuela's other neighbors follow the example of Brazil and Aruba in order to increase peaceful diplomacy within the region.
