Preliminary vote count in Bolivia puts Evo Morales in lead
La Paz, October 20 (RHC)-- Vote counting is underway in Bolivia's presidential elections.
Initial vote count:
Evo Morales: 45.28 %
Carlos Mesa: 38.16 %
If this trend continues, it will be necessary to go to a second round between Evo Morales and Carlos Mesa.
