TRIPOLI, April 13 (RHC) -- A bomb exploded near the Moroccan embassy in Libya's Tripoli late Sunday, causing significant damage to the compound, but no casualties, security sources said.

Local Islamic State (IS) affiliates have claimed responsibility for the attack in several posts online. The incident followed another attack on the South Korean embassy in Libya on Sunday, when gunmen of the Islamic State (IS) group assaulted the building, killing two guards and injuring another.
