Quito, September 2 (RHC)-- The Second Vice President of the National Assembly of Ecuador Marcela Aguiñaga highlighted the positive response of the people to the current national dialogue launched by the government of President Rafael Correa to publicly debate the newly proposed inheritance and capital gains taxes.

Aguiñaga explained that the national dialogue, launched in June, involves social organizations, workers and intellectuals in all of the country's 24 provinces.

The Ecuadorean deputy expressed confidence in the final results of the public debates, in which representatives from the government and the community are airing their views and concerns.
