Saudi Airstrikes Kill Seven in Yemen

Sanaa, October 13 (RHC)-- The latest wave of Saudi air raids against Yemen has claimed the lives of seven people, including a child, in Yemen. According to reports, five people, including four women, lost their lives and 10 others were wounded in the Saudi air raids on the Khawkhah district of Yemen's western Hudaydah Province on Tuesday.

Saudi warplanes also launched three air raids against the Baqim district and four assaults against the Hidan district, both located in the northwestern Yemen Sa'ada Province. The attacks reportedly killed a woman and a child.

Yemen has been under military strikes on a daily basis since Saudi forces launched their military aggression against their southern neighbor on March 26th.

About 6,400 people have reportedly lost their lives in the Saudi airstrikes, and a total of nearly 14,000 people have been injured since March. According to the United Nations Children's Fund, 505 children have been among the fatalities.
