Santiago de Chile, October 29 (PL-RHC)-- About 3,000 people marched on Wednesday in numerous cities in Chile with the slogan "We Are All Civil Registry" in support of the strike carried out in this area for 30 days.

Members of the Legal Medical Service, the municipalities, the Labor Directorate, Gendarmerie Internal Revenue Service (Prisons) joined the 24-hour strike by the National Association of Public Employees.

Once again, the government stressed it will not negotiate with strikers while they continue the strike, while the union of the Civil Registry demanded talks without preconditions.

The demands revolve around better wages and a bonus supposedly agreed upon with the former Minister of Justice, which the government says is not true.
