Mexico City, March 1 (RHC)-- Mexico's National Migration Institute welcomed in Juarez, Chihuahua, the fourth flight from Panama with Cuban emigrants, wishing to reach the United States.

The group of 145 Cubans were granted a provisional visitor visa for a 20-day-stay in Mexico.

As other groups flown in from Costa Rica and Panama, the Cuban migrants want to take advantage of Washington's arbitrary migration policy towards Cuba.
