Havana, January 27 (RHC) – A senior Cuban parliamentarian has accused the United States' government of repeating against Cuba a failed policy of unconventional war aimed at internal destabilization.

Alberto Nuñez, who heads the Cuban National Assembly's International Relations Commission, said the announced intention by Washington to set up a Internet task force for Cuba was aimed at subverting internal order on the island.

Nuñez noted that similar destabilizing tactics had been used against Cuba before and that Washington has also employed versus other countries.  In the case of Cuba, he said, such policies have and will continue to fail.
