Havana, November 5 (RHC)- The BioCubaFarma industrial Group is participating in the Thirty First Havana International Fair with a wide range of medical programmes and pharmaceutical products to successfully face cancer and diabetes, as well as diagnostic kits for the swift identification of a wide range of other diseases.
BioCubaFarma holds a strategic alliance with the world-wide renowned Cuban medical services and has produced effective high-tech medical products and services.
The group is presenting eleven vaccines produced in Cuba against an equal number of diseases at the current Havana commercial fair. These products have proven their value in the Cuba and in other countrie.
One of its most successful vaccines often helps diabetic patients to save their feet from amputation.
Engineer Maria Jimenez, of BioCubaFarrma, told reporters at the Havana Fair that the Group is currently manufacturing some 560 biotech and pharmaceutical products. Thirty three of them are vaccines against infectious diseases, 18 others protect and promote cardiovascular health, while 33 are aimed at treating several types of cancer.
Havana’s International Fair is hosting 14 hundred managers from 64 nations and will close on the November 9th.
