Paris, April 16 (RHC)-- Cuba's Deputy Higher Education Minister Oberto Santin paid a working visit to France, during which he signed several agreements aimed at expanding and strengthening bilateral cooperation in the field.

During his stay in Paris, Santin held talks with authorities of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, and with representatives of related institutions.

The accords deal mainly with cooperation in terms of professional training and post-graduate courses. The two parties did not rule out future bilateral negotiations toward the recognition of Cuban and French qualifications as equivalent to those in the other country.
