Cuban First Vice President Heads May Day Celebrations in Santiago de Cuba

Santiago de Cuba, May 1 (RHC)-- First Vice President of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, presided over celebrations for May Day on Friday in the city of Santiago de Cuba.
Also participating were Lazaro Expósito, member of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party and its first secretary in the province and other leaders of the government, mass and youth organizations.
Groups of men and women, many of them wearing clothing with the colors of the Cuban flag -- red, blue and white -- opened early this morning with a march down the city's main boulevards.
