Havana, December 6 (RHC)-- Cuba has declared a period of Official Mourning until midnight on December 7th and a period of National Mourning on Sunday December 8th, on the death of former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela.
The Cuban flag will fly at half-mast during this period at all official buildings and military institutions. All public presentations and festive activities are suspended in Cuba during the period of mourning.
