Cuba and Vietnam Exchange Experiences in Cancer Treatment

Hanoi, January 19 (RHC-PL) – Cuba and Vietnam are exchanging experiences in cancer treatment.

A meeting on the issue is currently taking place in Ho Chi Minh City. The Cuban delegation is headed by Eraida Hernandez, Deputy Director of the Dr. Carlos J. Finlay Military Hospital.

As part of joint actions, Cuban experts are participating in research projects to learn more about diagnosis and treatment of various types of cancer, and also about Vietnam's latest advances in nuclear medicine.
