Lawmaker of Equatorial Guinea Advocates End of U.S. Blockade

Malabo, May 27 (RHC)-- The president of Equatorial Guinea’s Chamber of Deputies, Gaudencio Mohaba Mesu, has demanded the lifting of the US blockade against Cuba, a stand that continues to have a rising support in the international community.

In receiving Cuban ambassador Pedro Doña in Negolo’s Congress Palace, the parliamentary leader said that Cuba will always count on the support of Equatorial Guinea in its struggle to end the blockade.

During the meeting, Ambassador Doña extended an invitation from Cuba’s Parliament President Esteban Lazo, for the president of Equatorial Guinea’s Chamber of Deputies to visit Cuba.
