Year of the 50th Anniversary of the Revolution

Dear Antonio, René, Gerardo, Ramón and Fernando,

The workers of Radio Havana Cuba are sending you this short letter to express our concern about the decision of the US Supreme Court not to review the unjust trial that condemned you and the way the clamor for justice from all the Cuban people and every just person in the world was ignored.

We are together this afternoon to pay homage to those fathers among us and are conscious that it is impossible to have you here, but over and above physical fatherhood, the noble work of the defense of our country for which you are serving unjust sentences, convert you into fathers of all people that resist and grow today more than ever.

Because of this, we wish you a Happy Father’s Day and we believe that the best present on this day is our commitment to continue spreading and defending the truth of our Revolution and to also continue calling the attention of international opinion to the injustice that you suffer so that in the end you are free to return to our country.
