Havana, Feb 25 (RHC) Cuban President Raul Castro welcomed Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez at Havana’s International Airport on Friday. Chavez came to Cuba to undergo surgery for a new lesion recently detected in his pelvic region, from where a tumor was removed in a surgical procedure last year.
