Peruvian Activists Urge Obama to Free the Cuban Five

Scarabeo-9 drill rig moves north off Pinar del Rio after fist exploratory well comes up dry

Havana, June 6, (RHC), -- The Scarabeo-9 drill rig has moved north off the western province of Pinar del Rio, after an exploratory oil well off the coast of Havana has failed and will be capped and abandoned, Cuban oil firm Cubapetróleos said on Tuesday.

Brazilian construction company challenges Florida anti-Cuba law

Miami, June 6, (RHC), -- The US subsidiary of Brazilian construction firm Odebrecht has filed a lawsuit against the state of Florida over a new anti-Cuban legislation, which makes it illegal for companies doing business in Cuba to also do business in the so-called Sunshine state.
