Iranian Vice President Begins Official visit to Cuba
Havana, May 28, (RHC), -- Vice President for International Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Saidlu, began an official visit to Cuba on Monday.
The visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties, the Cuban Foreign Ministry announced.
Saidlu's agenda includes official talks with Cuba’s First Vice President José Ramón Machado Ventura and other high-ranking government officials, as well as visits to places of interest.
The visit follows that of Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the Caribbean island, five months ago.
