Cuba-Nicaragua Bilateral Baseball Games Rescheduled

Due to persistent rains in Nicaragua, the organizers of the baseball games between that country and Cuba rescheduled the four remaining games, now expected to play at the capital’s Dennis Martinez stadium in Managua.

Last Sunday's game will restart on tonight at 8 pm local time, while the 3rd clash was moved to Friday, June 22nd.

The remaining 2 games will be in the same place on Saturday, the 23rd and on Sunday, the 24th.

Higinio Vélez, president of Cuba Baseball Federation, said that to avoid suspending other meetings, the organizers chose to reschedule the timing of the competition, of great expectations in the Central American nation, said the Jit digital site.
