Cuba For Its First Success at Grand Prix Final Stage

Cuba will seek today its first success in the 2^nd round of the Grand Prix Volleyball Final Stage when facing Turkeyin Nongbo, China.

After losing 0-3 (22-25, 22-25 and 17-25) on Wednesday with the hosts, the Cuban women’s team will try to win in the last stage of the tournament in which the top 5 teams of the preliminary segment and local team are involved.

In the other two matches on Wednesday, the Americans beat the Brazilians 3-2 while Turkey exceeded Thailand by 3-1.

The competitive program is completed on Thursday with the clashes of U.S.vs. Thailand and China-Brazil.
