News Cuban Javelin to Final at World Youth Athletics

The Cuban javelin throwers Lismania Muñoz and Ismaray Armenteros classified this Tuesday to the finals of the XIV World Youth Athletics Championship in Barcelona, which ends on July 15th.
Munoz was the 3rd in Group A after reaching 52.70 meterswhile Armenteros achieved a 51.52 shot to settle the 4th place in Group B and guaranteed the pass to the final round.
Also advanced to the final, China's Shying Liu (58.47), the Norwegian Sverdrup Rnningen Ingeborg (52.71), the Swedish Sofi Flinck (58.16), the Lithuanian Liveta Jasiunaite (52.67), Germany's Christin Hussong (52.54), the Polish Karolina Boldy (52.35 m), Serbia's Marija Vucenovic (52.49), the Australian Wasie Toolis (51.38) and American Haley Crouser (51.04).
