Three Pakistani soldiers killed in blast
Islamabad, April 5, (RHC), -- At least three Pakistani paramilitary troops have been killed and two others wounded after a roadside bomb targeted their vehicle in southwestern province of Balochistan.
Local authorities say that the incident occurred when a patrol car used by the paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers stumbled on a buried explosive device in the Dasht area of Turbat city on Wednesday.
Security forces cordoned off the area and rushed the injured to a nearby hospital.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the act of terror, however such attacks are mostly associated to radical islamist militants with the Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan group.
Tens of thousands of Pakistanis have been killed in similar attacks since 2001. /PRESSTV
