Barack Obama Winds up Virginia Electoral Campaign
Washington, July 14 (RHC) US President Barack Obama winds up his two-day campaign in the State of Virginia where, according to recent surveys, he’s got a five-point advantage over virtual Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
Newspaper reports say that while campaigning during his first day in Virginia, Obama tackled the project increasing taxes on the richest, and that he criticized the former governor of Massachusetts for his role as head of the Bain Capital Company.
The US President also contacted representatives of the military sector in Virginia, a state harbouring a large number of military facilities, including the Pentagon, naval bases and companies with the military industrial complex.
