Cuba's U-21 for first World Cup win over Bulgaria

Havana, September 24 (RHC)-- The Cuban men's under-21 volleyball team will look for its first victory in the World Championship of that category this Friday against host Bulgaria, after losing on Thursday in the opening match against Poland.

In a match that lasted 4 sets, the Cubans fell in their opening match against the Poles, in a match where they committed 36 unforced errors.

The U21 World Championship brings together 16 teams in its elimination stage, divided into four groups and for the Americas, besides Cuba, Brazil and Canada are also taking part.

In the last version of Bahrain, the Iranian team won the gold after defeating Italy 3-2, while Brazil won the bronze medal.
