Tehran, January 27 (RHC)-- Iran says remarks made by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry are a violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

Kerry said in an interview in Geneva that the military option was still on the table if Iran did not live up to its nuclear commitments under the Geneva deal.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said that “these remarks are undiplomatic, and a group that is opposed to the Geneva deal... seems to be having unconstructive influences on U.S. authorities.”  She added that these groups were mainly behind the spread of violence in the Middle East.

Kerry’s repeated threats come against the backdrop of the implementation of Iran’s nuclear deal with the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council -- Russia, China, France, Britain, and the United States -- plus Germany in Geneva.

Old Skull & Bones. Still making threats. Does anyone pay attention to him anymore?
