Washington, July 15 (RHC)-- An estimated 5.4 million people in the United States lost their health insurance between February and May after losing their job due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Unemployed workers living in states that have not expanded Medicaid have been particularly hard hit -- including workers in Texas, Florida and North Carolina.
