Caracas, July 29 (RHC)-- Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza has denounced the consequences of the aggression of the U.S. government against his country, regarding his participation in a virtual conversation with the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV) and other nations.

"The imperialist aggression against the Venezuelan people has no comparison, imperialism believed that the Bolivarian Revolution only depended on Commander Hugo Chávez," said Arreaza.

In the digital meeting that addressed the aggressions against Venezuela and international solidarity, Arreaza pointed out that due to the blockade imposed on that nation, national income has deteriorated, as the United States prevents oil exports and pursues Venezuelan ships.

"What they call individual sanctions is aimed at breaking morale and generating betrayal," said the foreign minister.

Meanwhile, he recalled that Venezuela has suffered several aggressions with the planning of the United States and its government, and stressed that this is a war in which other countries like Colombia are involved.

In this sense, he assured that "from Colombia they trained, they organized the assassination against President Nicolas Maduro; last May 3rd they carried out a failed incursion in Venezuelan territory, all the evidence was given to the Colombian Government," however, there has been no response.

Despite these actions, Foreign Minister Arreaza stressed that the solidarity of the peoples is the only thing that will be able to defeat imperialism in its multidimensional context.
