Caracas, July 23 (RHC) --- The president of the Venezuelan National Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, says that right-wing sectors continue taking actions to overthrow the legitimately-elected government of President Nicolas Maduro -- this time with a broad campaign through the social networks that promotes destabilization.

"In recent days, a campaign that calls for disobedience and paralyzing the country on August 5th is again spreading through social networks," he said on his weekly TV program broadcast by Venezolana de Television.

He reported that one of the main promoters of this campaign is Juan José Rendón, advisor to the campaigns promoted by sectors of the right wing.

Cabello said that these destabilization actions are inspired by a manual written by Gene Sharp, which through three stages – protests, noncooperation and intervention – can overthrow legitimately constituted governments.
