Quito, February 10 (RHC)-- In Ecuador, political and social organizations staged a demonstration in front of the Presidential Office on Wednesday to express their support for the Citizen’s Revolution, in light of recent disagreements between the country's government and the highest ranking officers in the armed forces.
In convening Wednesday's demonstration, the ruling Alianza País Party said in its twitter account that it would defend the political, social and economic project led by President Rafael Correa, who last week dismissed the supreme command of the Armed Forces from their posts.
