Caracas, Apr 19 (RHC-PL) The government of Venezuela has rejected what it termed intruding statements from U.S. Secretary of States, John Kerry, to use the Democratic Charter of the Organization of American States against their nation.

A Foreign Ministry communiqué noted that the statements by the Secretary of State were evidence of Washington’s involvement and responsibility in an interventionist and insurrectional plan against democracy in Venezuela.

The communiqué says the White House insists in its anti-Venezuela intruding obsession, which runs contrary to the principles and purposes of the UN Charter, and is in open violation of international law.
