Havana, July 14 (RHC)--The 32nd U.S.-Cuba Friendshipment Caravan of Pastors for Peace will arrive in Cuba with 91 members as an expression of the ties of friendship and solidarity that unite sectors of the U.S. and Cuban people, even over threats and inhumane sanctions.

The activists, who will arrive on the island next Monday, toured more than 20 cities in their country -before ending their route in the state of Florida-to collect donations and funds for the purchase of essential medicines to be delivered to the Cuban people.

In an interview with Prensa Latina news agency, the program coordinator of the Interfaith Foundation for Community Organizing (IFCO)-Pastors for Peace, Dr. Samira Addrey, said that young people between 18 and 30 years old had never visited the archipelago before.

"It is our goal to reach new generations of friends of Cuba," Addrey told the press, who detailed, according to Prensa Latina, that the members of this caravan will remain on the island until July 30 and will carry out various activities.
