Asunción, May 25 (RHC) -– The Paraguayan government announced on Monday that a trade mission from that country will visit Cuba to evaluate business opportunities.

The trade mission will be headed by Minister of Industries Oscar Stark, who has expressed interest in promoting Paraguayan food exports to Cuba.

Stark said that he will be accompanied by state and private entrepreneurs, who seek to establish trade and cooperation links with their counterparts in Cuba.

The director of the Paraguayan Investment and Export Network Victor Bernal said the delegation is particularly interested in the agribusiness sector and expects to cut trade deals for meat, cereals, bakery products, rice and seeds.
