Cuba-Mexico Inter-Parliamentary Meeting Continues in Havana

Havana, June 27 (RHC)-- The Fifteenth Cuba-Mexico Inter-Parliamentary Meeting continues in Havana on Saturday for the second day with the participation of Cuban legislators and 20 senators and deputies from Mexican political parties.

During the first day of sessions on Friday, the President of the Coordinating Council of the Mexican Senate, Emilio Gamboa, announced that the gathering had brought together the largest number of lawmakers from Mexico to have visited Cuba to date.

Delegates at Friday's sessions examined the new Cuban Foreign Investment Law and the numerous opportunities for investment in the Mariel Special Development Zone.
