Camaguey, November 23 (RHC)-- Over 150 delegates from Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Venezuela and Cuba will gather in Camaguey from November 27th to the 30th, for the 7th International Forum on Constitutional Rights.

Carlos Villabella, the president of the organizing committee told reporters that the forum will also include the 5th National Conference on Administrative Law and the 6th Colloquium on Constitutional History.

These meetings are part of the celebrations to mark 500 years of the founding of the city of Camaguey, 570 kilometers from Havana.

During the opening ceremonies, Torres Cueva, the director of the Eduardos National Library, will deliver the keynote lecture on the constitutional processes that have taken place over time in Cuba.
