Havana, Jun 5 (RHC) - Cuba's men's national team will face Argentina tonight in the first of two matches scheduled in the city of San Juan in preparation for the Volleyball Nations League (VNL).

Both challenges will take place at the Aldo Cantoni Stadium, starting at 9:30 pm (8:30 in Cuba), and will be broadcast live on Tele Rebelde channel.

Opening will be corner hitters Osniel Mergarejo and Jose Miguel Gutierrez, opposite Jose Massó, passer Christian Thorndike, middle blockers Javier Concepción and Roamy Alonso, and libero Yonder Garcia.

Completing the team are opposites Yonder Bisset and Alejandro Miguel Gonzalez, middle blocker David Fiel, setter Julio Alberto Gomez, and libero Bryan Camino.

In Rio de Janeiro, the Cubans will also face Brazil (12th) and Ukraine (13th), will rest on the 14th, and close against the United States (15th).
