With a very long homer of Osniel Madera in the nick of times closing the 11th inning, Pinar del Río got an anthology victory over Matanzas in the 5th game of the 53rd Cuban Baseball League finals.

Osleni, ranked as 4th seed in the tournament, faced for the 1st time in his career the American Lee, who to come to the discussion of the title had to defeat Guatemalan Kevin Cordon, while the Caribbean beat Frenchman Arnaud Genin.
