President Raúl Castro Arrives in Dominican Republic to Attend CELAC Summit

Santo Domingo, January 24 (RHC)-- President Raúl Castro arrived Tuesday morning in Bávaro, Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic, to participate in the 5th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), set for Wednesday, January 25th.

Other members of the Cuban delegation include Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez, who arrived on Monday for CELAC's ministerial meeting, and deputy foreign ministers Abelardo Moreno Fernández and Rogelio Sierra Díaz, as well as Cuban ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Carlos Jesús de la Nuez López.
