Havana, November 15 (RHC)-- Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel thanked the solidarity of more than 80 cities worldwide that rejected the subversion attempts against the island.
The President shared an article from Granma newspaper that reflects the initiatives deployed this weekend throughout the world in support of the Cuban Revolution and against the blockade imposed by the United States.

Previously, the head of state greeted the more than 100 acts and declarations of friends and nationals living abroad.

An interactive map shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on that social network (@CubaMinrex) reflected actions in  Montreal (Canada), Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Peru, among others.

In Venezuela, they called for lifting the U.S. economic, commercial and financial blockade and the end of the communications war against Cuba.

Meanwhile, in Turkey, members of the Raíces association and the Cuban embassy in the Eurasian country held a virtual meeting to reopen tourism and business opportunities.

Island authorities have provided evidence demonstrating that Cuba is the target of unconventional war, promoted by the United States and political operators, who incite social destabilization.

This is happening during national celebrations for the reopening of socio-economic spaces, the resumption of international flights, the school year, and after overcoming the most difficult moments of Covid-19.
