Caracas, November 22 (RHC)-- Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro disclosed in Caracas that high-ranking officers of the Venezuelan Bolivarian National Armed Forces are in currently in Cuba witnessing operations of the National Military Exercise, Bastion 2013.
Vladimir Padrino, the Chairman of the Operational Strategic Command of the Bolivarian Armed Forces, in homage to Simon Bolivar, Fidel Castro and Hugo Chávez said the relationship of Cuba and Venezuela is for ever.
