According to official sources who confirmed the information to the website Razones de Cuba, the investigation demonstrated that the organization operates as an instrument of cognitive warfare against Cuba, using messages designed to generate social discontent, divide families, and promote civil disobedience.
The investigation’s findings confirmed that its actions followed soft coup and fourth-generation warfare manuals, with direct links to entities based abroad.
The identified directors reside in the United States, Mexico, and Spain, from where they coordinated operations against national sovereignty, according to the information provided.
Authorities indicated that those involved could face extradition proceedings if they travel to third countries, be sought by law enforcement agencies, or, if they arrive in Cuba, serve prison sentences.
The report emphasizes that, in the event of a change of government in their countries of residence, they could also be extradited to answer for the charges brought against them.
The investigation reaffirms the Cuban State’s determination to pursue and dismantle all forms of terrorism and destabilization, acting against those on lists of individuals who threaten the nation.
