On Tuesday, March 24, the tuna fishing vessel “Maguro”—christened “Granma 2.0″—arrived in Havana, the capital of Cuba, carrying more than 30 tons of humanitarian aid on board for the people of the Caribbean island, amidst a crisis exacerbated by economic restrictions imposed by the United States.

The vessel carries 32 people hailing from 11 countries who have joined forces to support the people of Cuba amidst the difficult situation they are currently facing.

The cargo also includes 73 solar panels destined for health centers, in addition to staple foods such as rice, beans, and cereals, along with medicines and hygiene products—all donations originating from various nations.
