A floral tribute from Army General Raúl Castro, leader of the Revolution, accompanied the funeral service today for Deputy Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas, who died this Tuesday at the age of 88.
The tribute took place at the headquarters of the Council of Ministers, with the presence of Miguel Díaz-Canel, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic; Prime Minister Manuel Marrero; and the main leaders of the Party, the State, and the Government.
“On this heartfelt day, we remember his life dedicated to the Revolution, his tireless work for the good of the nation, his ethics, and his closeness to all who had the opportunity to work alongside him,” the Cuban Presidency emphasized in its 10th session.
