The pirate of the Caribbean has finally dropped his mask: it’s no longer just the false news that Venezuela and its leaders are drug traffickers, but he declared, without hesitation and with a fury that rhymes with madness, that he will impose a naval oil blockade on the Maduro government “until they return to the United States all the oil, land, and other assets they stole from us.”
Is this madness or imperial blindness? In an immediate statement released by the Bolivarian government’s Foreign Ministry, Caracas declared that it considers the White House’s assumption that Venezuela’s oil, land, and mineral wealth are its property a “reckless and grave threat,” and that the country “will defend its rights to free trade, navigation, free development, sovereignty, and national independence, and will never again be a colony of any empire or foreign power.”
In a manner very similar to that used by convicted President Donald Trump in the 21st century, decades earlier, on September 1, 1939, Nazi Adolf Hitler invaded Poland and began World War II, which for six years caused the deaths of tens of millions of people and the destruction of numerous cities.
The decadent but dangerous US empire seeks to seize Venezuela’s precious oil, a country with the world’s largest hydrocarbon reserves, and to achieve this, it violates international law and the sovereignty of nations.
Venezuela, in full exercise of the International Law that protects it, the Constitution, and the laws of the Republic, reaffirmed its sovereignty over all its resources and immediately proceeded, in accordance with the UN Charter, to fully exercise its freedom, jurisdiction, and sovereignty in the face of these warmongering threats.
It is time for the peoples of the world to rise up and, as the Cuban apostle José Martí said to his friend Manuel Mercado on May 18, 1895, “prevent, through the independence of Cuba, the United States from expanding throughout the Antilles and falling, with that added strength, upon our lands in America.”
Today, the peoples of the world must unite to prevent US imperialism from launching an aggression and a war of plunder against the homeland of Bolívar and then attempting to seize the riches of the countries of Latin America.
That is why the statement from the Bolivarian Foreign Ministry calls “on the people of the United States and the world to reject by all means this extravagant threat that once again reveals Donald Trump’s true intentions to steal the riches of the country that gave birth to the United Liberation Army of South America and our Liberator, Simón Bolívar. The people of Venezuela, in perfect popular, military, and police unity, will know how to defend their historical rights and triumph through the path of peace.”
Today more than ever, we must rise up in defense of Venezuela with a profound cry of NO TO WAR, YES TO PEACE.

On Deaf Ears
The Bolivarian Foreign Ministry’s appeal to the “people pf the United States” will, unfortunately, fall on deaf ears. Those “people” are currently experiencing an economic crisis, created by the Zionist-controlled politicians in Washington, DZ (District of Zionism), that may soon cause the economic collapse of the USA. They are laboring under a national debt of $38.5 TRILLION dollars created by Zionist-controlled politicians in Washington, DZ (District of Zionism), a debt that they, and future generations, will never be able to repay. The only way out of this situation is to steal the resources of other countries, like Venezuela, Greenland, and Canada, and that is exactly what the Zionist-controlled Orange Menace in the White House is doing. If the “Big Steal” results in World War 3, then all the better because war is good for business, at least the war industry, and the Orange Menace is a loyal servant of the war industry. All the US population can do is to sympathize with Venezuela, as it is powerless to resist the Orange Menace and his Zionist pals in DZ (at least for the moment). Of course, when the body bags start flowing back to US territory, like they did during the Vietnam War, that situation may spark a revolt that will end with the Orange Menace and his Zionist pals taking a powder.
