by Ed Newman

Twenty-five cyclists, including a team from Unite the Union, have nearly completed their 200 mile sponsored ride through Cuba with CSC.

According to the website CUBA SOLIDARITY (UK), the cyclists have visited the regional trade union headquarters in Pinar del Río, donated thousands of pounds worth of medical supplies to the Luis Augusto Turcios Lima polyclinic and six braille machines, plus more educational supplies, to the José Marti Special School in the same town.
