Havana, March 24 (RHC) – The official image that will accompany the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games (LA28) was revealed by executives in charge of its design.
Under the concept of Los Angeles in full bloom, the design is based on the phenomenon of wildflower seeds sprouting and filling the southern part of California, the state that will host the Games in 2028, with color.
With a color palette inspired by the bird of paradise (Strelitzia reginae), the official flower of Los Angeles, the concept reflects the city’s creative and multifaceted culture while also paying homage to its residents.
The LA28 aesthetic will be present in all aspects, from the facades of sports venues and the credentials of each country’s delegations to the equipment used by local competitors, as a nod to the city’s Olympic tradition.
The unveiling of the official image of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games two years in advance reaffirms the organizers’ intention to make the Games an innovative competition that is in tune with the development of society.
