Not Even the Pope Is Safe from Trump’s Threats

With his supposed desire to portray himself as an all-powerful king, the convicted pedophile President Donald Trump lashed out without restraint against Pope Leo XIV because he disliked the comments the leader of the Catholic Church made about those responsible for wars around the world.

On several occasions, the Holy Father has condemned the leaders who spend billions on war and has stated that the world is being “ravaged by a handful of tyrants.”

During a recent visit to Cameroon, he stated:

“The architects of war pretend to ignore that it takes only an instant to destroy, but often a lifetime is not enough to rebuild… They turn a blind eye to the fact that billions of dollars are spent on killing and devastation, while the resources needed for healing, education, and reconstruction are conspicuously absent.”

He made this statement after Trump attacked him again on social media. He added that leaders use religious language to justify armed conflicts and emphasized:

“Woe to those who manipulate religion and the very name of God for their own military, economic, and political gain, dragging the sacred into darkness and filth.”

Trump, whose enormous ego and narcissism have repeatedly compared him to Jesus and who claims to be the all-powerful king, called Leo XIV “weak on crime and terrible on foreign policy” and asserted that he did not want “a Pope who thinks it’s okay for Iran to have nuclear weapons” or who criticizes the United States’ attacks on Venezuela. He then accused the Pope of acting like a political leader rather than a religious one.

During the opening of peace talks between Washington and Tehran in Islamabad, the Pope delivered a scathing critique of those who promote war and described the aggressions in the Middle East as “a delusion of omnipotence.”

He condemned the pretensions of all those who “demand that the whole world kneel before their demands” and called for “a kingdom where there is no sword, no drones, no vengeance, no trivialization of evil, no unjust profit, but only dignity, understanding, and forgiveness.”

Apparently, all those words in favor of a world of peace and understanding among human beings landed squarely in the ears of the American magnate, who, in another of his outbursts, suggested that the Pope’s election was linked to his own presidency, otherwise he wouldn’t have been elected.

The Pope described the aggressions in the Middle East as a “delusion of omnipotence” and urged the nations in conflict not to turn their interests “into a mute, blind, and deaf idol to which they sacrifice all value.”

Very wisely, Leo XIV avoided escalating the conflict, although he reaffirmed his stance in favor of peace. “I will continue to speak out forcefully against war,” he declared, insisting on the need to promote dialogue and multilateral solutions.

Numerous people across the political and religious spectrum have described Trump’s statements as “unhinged,” “abominable,” and a dangerous display of a “Messiah complex.”

Criticism of the convicted president intensified after Trump posted an image (created with artificial intelligence) on his social media account, TruthSocial, depicting himself as a Jesus Christ-like figure seemingly healing a man who bears a striking resemblance to the convicted sex offender Jerry Epstein.

It seems that for the delusional individual running the White House, there are no limits to controlling his hallucinations.
