The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) announced this Wednesday on its Facebook page a call for renewable energy service providers to participate in an exchange of opportunities and networking opportunities until September 18.
The initiative aims to connect cooperation efforts for development and resilience in the face of the energy crisis with companies, ventures, and initiatives operating in the field of clean energy.
The meeting is designed to create a working network and does not constitute a contracting or bid selection process.
Interested entities can apply to become UNDP service providers and participate in the organization’s project tenders.
Applications must be submitted using the form available in the call for proposals, while the agency’s website features a section dedicated to open tenders for companies and economic actors.
The UNDP, established in 1965 by the UN General Assembly, is the leading development cooperation agency of the United Nations system and works in more than 170 countries in areas such as governance, climate resilience, renewable energy, and poverty reduction.
