Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero has thanked the friends and organizations around the world who have raised their voices in defense of the Caribbean island.
“Messages of solidarity with Cuba are multiplying, as are the voices condemning the blockade, the energy embargo, and the coercive measures of the United States government with their devastating impact on the daily lives of our people,” the head of government wrote on the social network X.
“The world knows which side the truth is on,” Marrero emphasized in his message.
For its part, the Cuban Foreign Ministry expressed its gratitude to the supportive friends, organizations, and Cubans residing in other parts of the world on this new international day of action against the blockade.
Faced with this challenging scenario of “maximum pressure,” Cuba reiterates its priority of defending the homeland and its constant search for alternative solutions to confront these suffocating measures through its own efforts.
